We hope you enjoy what you ordered! However, if you are not 100% satisfied with the item you received, we are happy to accept returns for all new items within 7 days of delivery.

Return policy

1. Returns:

(1) Return period: If you need to return the goods, please apply within 7 days after receiving the goods
(2) Information required to apply for return: order number, product photo proof
(3) The product must be in the same condition as you received, with original packaging. Any used, damaged, altered or missing parts are not eligible for return.
(4) We do not accept returned items without a request email.
(5) We are not responsible for return shipping unless the original product is defective.

2. Process

Step 1: Please send an email to the customer service email: service@Dressime.com and explain the reason for your return, we will process the email within 24 hours and reply you within 72 hours;
Step 2: After receiving our mail, please return it within 48 hours and indicate the tracking number (if the product is defective, please attach the freight invoice)

(5) As all items (including standard size) are made-to-order, we cannot afford to accept the ‘buy-many-keep-one’ purchase. Our customer service team may cancel an order believed to have been made with that intention.

(6) Products returned directly without a return request.

Refund process:
(1) After we receive the returned product, we will process the refund within 3 working days and send you a confirmation email, the refund will be made in the original payment method within 48 hours after you receive our confirmation email pay.
(2) If you do not receive a refund within 2 business days of receipt of the confirmation email, please send an email to service@Dressime.com.

Please check your order upon receipt, and if the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exchange policy

Since all of our items are made to order, there are no off-the-shelf items to exchange, you will need to return the unwanted item (in compliance with the return policy) and place a new order for the replacement item. All new orders are subject to the current production cycle.

 

Cancel order

Our dresses are made according to the customer's order, starting from a single cut, the material will not be reused. But there is still a little time to change your mind after placing your order. Please refer to the cancellation policy for details.

- Unpaid orders will not be processed. If you don't need it, ignore it.
- Orders cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 12 to 48 hours of order payment: You will receive a partial refund including 50% of the item price and full shipping.
- Cancellations within 48 to 72 hours of order payment: You will receive a partial refund, including 30% of the item price and full shipping.
- Cancellation more than 72 hours after payment for order: You will receive a partial refund including full shipping costs.
- Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you need to cancel your order, please email us for assistance.
If you want to change the size or color after payment, please contact us within 24 hours after payment. Please note that color and size cannot be changed once the process has started. If you really want to change the size or color, there will be an extra charge. Please contact us.

We have the right to refuse any unreasonable return request, such as product problems due to customer problems.
